Tim Beckley is one of the most dedicated researchers and authors we know dealing with World Mysteries, secret knowledge, ancient civilizations and UFOs. He has written and helped to compile more books then we can count over many years. Recently we had a chance to speak with him, as he attended the Crystal Skull Conference in New York City in October (2010) and has shown a bit of interest with the crystal skulls. So we discovered that Tim had re-printed one book by one of our favorite writers, George Hunt Williamson, which he even included an article I wrote about my first trip to Peru in 1989. (Other Notes: George Hunt Williamson (1926-1986) was one of the most well known early UFO contactees and researchers. He worked for a time closely with George Adamsky, considered to be the father of the UFOs. He is also known for the writer who introduced the “Wanderers”, who are the galactic chimney sweeps, that go from planet to planet to bring the “Light” to many worlds.
This edition created by the editors Timothy Green Beckley and Brent Raynes have added other articles and story about Peru including an article by Mr. Raynes himself, my story about my first travels to Peru in December of 1989 and some of the special places I visited at that time is included as well. Other well known writers and researchers include John J. Robinson, Charles A. Silva (the one who purportedly was a guide for Shirley MacClaine to Peru and had contact with Pleiadians) and Harold T. Wilkins. I would have to say “Secret Places of the Andes” was one book that changed my life forever and was the catalyst for my first trip to Peru. I do believe the monastery discussed in this book run by a Brother Philip in Lake Titicaca does exist. This is why I have to recommend this book to everyone I know. Once Again Mr. Beckley has put together in one book some of the best stories, legends and personal experiences from a group of people who have had direct contact with Mt. Shasta. There is no doubt that Mt. Shasta is a special place. Katrina and myself (Joshua) have visited this sacred mountain twice in the early part of this year (2011). Not only did we absolutely see on repeated occassions the UFO (very large) clouds hovering over the mountain but during a special meditation on the mountain itself with our friend Susan Isabel (the guardian of two Mayan crystal skulls or faces known as “El Aleator” and “El Ra Za”) we saw a large Grissom appear in the sky from the clouds. Plus I also felt the energy of the mountain during my personal meditation and a contact with conscious beings living within the mountain (perhaps the city of Telos). Lastly, Katrina saw two separate occasions a physical UFO, one not far from the mountain and another while near the top of Mt. Shasta. The Native Americans also considered Mt. Shasta a holy mountain.
I will always remember my first visit to Mt. Shasta in 1982 – as I walked toward the mountain in an field with trees, I lost consciousness. When I awoke I had the momentary sensing that my spirit or etheric essence was taken into the mountain and had contact with a race of people. In the late 1980′s while visiting Mount Shasta with fellow crystal skull co-author Sandra Bowen – I felt a tall person (the Telosians are said to be 12 foot tall – kind of like what we see in Avatar) from inside the mountain who knew me very well (how?) and was telepathically greeting me. And another time in the 1980′s while visiting near the top of the mountain we had communication with Lightning that seem to read our thoughts and was lighting up clouds (without sound) to answer us. This type of phenomena with lightning also happened to Katrina and I when we were in Lake Titicaca – which could show a link between Lake Titicaca (discussed in the other book by G. H. Williamson) and Mt. Shasta, both hotspots for UFO activity.
